Sugar free glazed curd - with natural raspberry jam, cashew, almond and hazelnut paste and coconut milk. We came up with this recipe together with nutritionist Olga Odobescu - so you can be sure, that a breakfast can be both sweet and healthy at the same time. But paired with matcha on almond milkon - also invigorating!
