Description
For the base of this dessert, we’ve used that very Dubai chocolate – specifically, pistachio paste and thin, crispy kataifi dough. But it’s not just any chocolate that complements it; it’s chocolate sponge, milk chocolate soufflé, and pistachio velvet. If we’re going to follow a trend, it should be done this way!
